I have spent 20+ years in the seat — as an executive and owner-operator — building and scaling service businesses where performance is earned, not promised. I do not teach EOS® or Outgrow® from theory. I install them from experience.

Clients bring me in when growth is real, but heavy: priorities drift, meetings multiply, accountability slips, and sales becomes reactive. We replace noise with a system that makes the business simpler to run and more meaningful to build.

Before business, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an EOD Tech & Operator. That experience forged calm under pressure, straightforward communication, and a bias toward doing hard things early.
